Purcell, Tunison
& Boardman, P.C., is a general practice
lawfirm involved in the representation of individuals, insurance companies
and corporations involved in disputes or who need legal advice. The
lawfirm was established over 80 years ago and has always been in the
forefront of legal leadership in mid Michigan and the State Bar of
Michigan. The lawfirm is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell , a national
company involved in rating members of the legal profession. AV is their
highest rating.
The lawfirm presently emphasizes a practice of law
in the areas of employment litigation and work related injuries, other
injury cases including automobile accidents, dog bites, product liability,
premises liability and other areas of negligence. The firm also practices
in the areas of environmental litigation and probate. Cases are handled on
a statewide basis.
The members of the lawfirm also enjoy giving
advice to individuals and corporate clients concerning matters of a
general nature such as preparing wills and trusts, deeds, lease
agreements, documents relating to real estate transactions, etc. We
subscribe to the Union Privilege Legal Services Plan and are UAW referral
attorneys.
The lawfirm does not practice in the area of domestic
relations (divorce), bankruptcy or criminal law. If our lawfirm cannot
