{Paul Purcell, Attorney at Law}PAUL PURCELL has tried to conclusion over 50 jury trials and 100 non-jury trials. He is well versed in the rules of evidence and procedure relating to the prosecution and defense of injury and employment cases.

Paul Purcell was born in 1948 in Saginaw, Michigan and graduated from Central Michigan University (B.S., 1970) and Michigan State University-Detroit College of Law (J.D. Cum Laude, 1973). He began practice in 1973 in Saginaw, Michigan, in the City Attorney's Office for the City of Saginaw. He left the City in 1975 to join the firm of Purcell, Tunison & Boardman, P.C.

Mr. Purcell has been active in the State Bar of Michigan having served in the Representative Assembly from 1981 to 1985 and as a State Bar Commissioner from 1991 to 1999. He has been an investigator for the State Bar Attorney Grievance Commission and has served on numerous Committees for the State Bar including Commissioner Liaison to the Labor and Employment Law and Workers' Compensation Sections. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Saginaw County Bar Association, American Bar association, Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, and American Trial Lawyers Association.

{James P. Boardman, Attorney at Law}

JAMES P. BOARDMAN was born in 1957 in Saginaw, Michigan and graduated from Michigan State University (B.A., College of Business, 1980) and Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D., 1983). He was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1984. He is a member of the Saginaw and American Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute and Environmental Assessment Association. Mr. Boardman is also a Registered Environmental Attorney (1991) and a Certified Environmental Inspector (1992).

Mr. Boardman's area of practice includes workers' compensation law, environmental law, probate, estate planning, real estate law, personal injury litigation and other civil matters. Mr. Boardman is certified to conduct Environmental Phase I Site Evaluations.

Mr. Boardman is a member of the Downtown Kiwanis Club. In 1995 he was recognized as Past Distinguished President of that organization. Mr. Boardman is also President of the Saginaw Kiwanis Foundation.
